Ninja Sport Competition - July 11, 2025

We're excited to be hosting a UOCR Season 4 OCR 3K Competition at UNAA. A unique twist to OCR. More obstacles, less running, indoors, & no mud!
The Ultimate OCR (UOCR) is is a spin off of the Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association focused on adding longer Obstacle Course Runs where running is a bigger emphasis and obstacles are interspersed.
There are divisions for children starting at age 6 through masters division (40+) and every age in between. All divisions will be included in this event.
Our competition will follow UOCR rules and age/categories based on your age as of January 1, 2025.

Schedule
Specific start times for each age group will be determined soon. However, there may be a limited number of contestants in each division to make sure each group can start at their scheduled time.

- Wave 5: 50+ - 12:00 PM
- Wave 6: 10 - 11 - 1:00 PM
- Wave 7: 7 - 9 - 2:00 PM
- Wave 8: Open - 3:00 PM
