Ninja Warrior for Wounded Warriors Multi-Stage and Team Competition Charity Event
If you like American Ninja Warrior, you will love this! Some of the stars of that show and many other talented ninjas from around the country will be competing on a multi-stage course. Including:
Max Feinberg (Amaxing)
Tyler Kurtzhals (TK Ninja Trikz)
... and many more (still confirming)
This will be a limited capacity, multi-stage event with cash prizes and half the proceeds going to . . NOTE: This is not a competition for beginners!
There will only be 96 slots available for athletes 14 and over. (Exceptions must be pre-approved by Rock Solid Warrior... those registering who are under 14 that are not pre-approved will not be allowed to participate. Contact email@example.com if you fall into that category.)
Participants age as of January 1, 2022 will be used to determine their class.
Saturday, February 19 (Live stream on Facebook)
two course stage 1(speed and technical)... top 50% of male and female by combined score from both courses move on to
stage 2 (longer, more technical course), top 50% of male and female (rounded up) move on to
stage 3(very challenging upper body and grip course)
Both Stage 1 courses will use NCL Rules with points gained as you progress on the obstacles. Stage 2 will have a point system and will allow 1 fail - second fail ends your run. Stage 3 will be one fail and you're done... farthest, fastest to determine the champion(s)
Sunday, February 20 afternoon (optional team comp, starting at 2 PM):
NOTE: Monday, February 21 is President's Day which may give people more options to consider for those traveling
two partteam competition (teams will be assembled from all participants in an NFL style draft pick...)
tag team competition on hybrid course from all three stages (and possibly some other wrinkles)
tag team competition on same course (but no team member can repeat obstacles they tackled on the first round)
meet-and-greet for spectators throughout the afternoon (see below for note on social distancing)
We will be limited to 96 athletes. All Spectator tickets must be purchased and space may be limited.
Coming in From Out of Town?
For those flying in, Raleigh-Durham (RDU) is the closest airport... Fayetteville is a bit farther but not too much.
We'll reserve rooms at group discount price at Hampton Inn in Holly Springs. We will add a booking link soon.
Housing is available by host families for those that would prefer that form of hospitality. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in this option.
Prizes and Sponsors
This is mainly a charity event to raise money to serve at risk families, but we also want to reward the athletes that place at the top. Prizes for the individual competition will be AT LEAST
1st place - $500 each for male and female
2nd place - $300 each for male and female
3rd place - $150 each for male and female
but we are hoping to build the prize purse. There will be no cash prizes for the team competition.

Prices (before convenience fees)
Sign up now to reserve your spot. All participants must sign our waiver.
$95 until November 1, 2021 - if space is still available, prices go up to $110 on November 1, 2021, $120 on December 1, 2021, and $140 on January 1, 2022
+$30 ($125) - optional team comp on Sunday if purchased at the same time (choose Optional-TeamComp when registering)
+$40 - optional team comp on Sunday if purchased separately (choose TeamComp-Only when registering)
Spectator Tickets are $20 plus convenience fees and will be available in limited quantities.
NOTE: If Event has to be cancelled due to government orders, participants will be refunded or rescheduled (at participant's choice).
All times are subject to change, but this is our target based on limited registration.
There will be open gym times available on Friday either at Rock Solid (5:30-7PM) or one or more of the local North Carolina gyms...still to-be-determined. Rock Solid will definitely be closed at 7:00 PM on Friday to set up for the competition.
